Service Description
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps bring balance back to your body and energy to support healing. I like to think of it as an "adjustment" for our energy. Reach out if you'd like a consult to see if my Reiki style aligns with your needs. I was trained in 2022 through PureLight Wellness by Erin in the Usui Lineage. Sessions are private, last anywhere from 45-90 minutes, and cost $55.
