Equinox Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, & Sound Bath

Join us for this beautiful ceremony welcoming the Spring Equinox.
Gentle somatic movement will bring us into our bodies and ground us into the space. This will be guided by Laura Ollendick, 500 ERYT, and founder of the Healing Shack.
A cacao ceremony led by Bethany Stevens, Cacao Facilitator and Regenerative Health Practitioner, will open the pathways to receiving intention/inspiration during the sound bath.
A sound bath with Nina Smock of Resonant Heart will serve as a meditative experience to raise our frequencies.
Bethany will then guide us through intentional journaling followed by optional sharing of intentions/thoughts/feelings.

RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND BATH

CACAO CEREMONY & DRUM CIRCLE

Drumming and Cacao ceremony combines the heart-opening, gentle stimulant properties of ceremonial-grade cacao with the grounding, rhythmic vibrations of drumming. This event fosters community, emotional release, deep meditation, and induces altered states and joy.
Bethany Stevens, Regenerative Health Coach and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator will guide us through the ceremony. Myquawn Bailey of Drum Iowa will lead our Drum Circle following.
