Evolutionary Astrology- Planets

Emma Vasseur will be back at The Healing Shack in Lime Springs, Iowa on Sunday, May 3rd for another Evolutionary Astrology workshop
This time, we’ll be exploring the planets in the birth chart — their archetypal meanings and how they shape our inner world and lived experience. We’ll begin with a brief overview of the chart as a whole, then move into a guided journey through each planet to better understand the many parts of ourselves they represent.
This workshop is open to those who have been joining us in our previous Evolutionary Astrology workshops as well as anyone new who feels curious. Learning the language of the planets can deepen self-awareness, support compassion for others, and help us recognize aspects of ourselves that often live outside of conscious awareness.

Summer Solstice Yoga & Kirtan

Celebrate the most Yang day of the year with a mindful yoga practice. We will honor the longest day and the shortest night by recognizing how our mind & body work in conjunction with the daily, monthly, yearly cycles. All levels welcome for this thoughtful practice of breathwork, meditation, and movement- followed by Kirtan with Nina Smock (Resonant Heart) and Myquawn Bailey (Drum Iowa). Let's join together and combine movement, community, and devotional music to celebrate the longest day of the year and transition of seasons! Wear your bright clothing!
Yoga will be in the Shack.
Kirtan will be around the fire (weather permitting).
DRUM MAKING WORKSHOP
with Wayne Manthey
Saturday, August 8th from 1-5pm
Discover the magic of creating your own frame drum with Wayne Manthey! This is a hands-on workshop creating handcrafted frame drums; inspired by nature and creative exploration.
We will be using deer hide on a cedar frame with the option to create a 13” drum or a 16” drum.
Space is limited and first come-first served.
This is truly a beautiful experience. We will have a fire going, refreshments, and light snacks. All you have to bring is yourself.
This workshop is for registered participants only. Ages 12 and up.
