All Classes are $15 each unless noted otherwise.
Upbeat Yoga Flow: Breath to Movement style flow which can be modified to be more gentle or more ambitious.
Restorative: Restful, meditative style with focus on setting up positions and spending more time in each pose to stretch and reflect.
Virtual Yoga
Enjoy a virtual class with Laura via Zoom!
The Shack is a drive from anywhere. Being in community in person is wonderful, but on a blustery winter night, light some candles and join me for a live online class. Primarily December through March.
