Reiki is a Japanese healing technique; a way to channel universal life force energy (prana) to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing abilities. Reiki encourages a sense of balance and well-being.

As part of the Usui Lineage, it is my honor to hold space for you and offer you tools to work toward being your best, most balanced self. I trust YOU to know when you need a session, and if you have questions, please reach out.

REIKI INITIATION
Level 1 & 2 Certification
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I have the privilege of initiating you as a Reiki Practitioner into the Usui Lineage. With Level 1 & 2 Certification, you can practice Reiki on yourself or offer the service to others. No prior experience is needed.
Master Certification
Once you have been attuned in Level 1 & 2 (with me or another Master Teacher) for at least 6 months, I can attune you as a Reiki Master (Master does not qualify you to offer 1&2 attunements just yet.)
